Do you offer financing?
Yes, we do. We always offer a no-interest, no-down-payment, no-monthly-payment plan for your choice of 6 or 12 months. We also offer extended plans throughout the year, so watch for our ads!
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver far and wide for a competitive fee. To help combat rising energy costs and keep our delivery fee as low as possible, our trucks run on diesel fuel.
Do you take away old furniture?
Yes:
- If it is in decent condition, we will remove it at no charge to you and take it to the furniture bank we run in partnership with Goodwill Industries.
- If the furniture is not in usable condition, we’ll be happy to dispose of it for a nominal charge of $15 per seat. Our drivers are authorized to evaluate each piece as to its suitability for Goodwill, and accept or reject it as needed.
Is the fabric stain resistant?
The fabric on your items may be stain resistant, but does not come with a warranty included in the purchase price. You may, however, purchase our five-year warranty that protects not only your upholstered and leather items, but your wood products as well.
How long will it take for a special order?
Depending on the manufacturer, you can expect delivery in anywhere from four to eight weeks.
What is your return policy?
There is a 30-day return policy for in-stock items, whether they were ordered, brought in from the warehouse, or displayed on our showroom floor. There is, however, a 25% restocking fee on special-order items.
